Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

Returns & Refund

Requests for returns are strictly allowed within 24 hours after signed delivery, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of the signed delivery date. Return shipments are at the expense of the buyer and must be scheduled for return within 14 days from the signed delivery date, or from the date we accept returns, whichever is later. Until we receive the returned goods, they remain the responsibility of the buyer. 

We will check the exact number of items returned per piece and weigh the purchased goods by kilogram upon return, and a credit note will be issued once this verification is completed. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return and refund to be processed once we receive the stock.

 Any discrepancies in the weight, style, or quality of your stock must be resolved within 24 hours of signing for delivery, or they will be considered invalid.

 Please ensure that you sign for the correct number of boxes on the driver's handheld device screen, as you are acknowledging receipt of the entire delivery. If you sign for 5 boxes and only 2 were delivered, you agree with the driver/delivery company that you received 5 and not 2. Any discrepancies are your responsibility once you sign, as you agree to take ownership of the goods from that date.

Parcel Loss

For lost parcels, the search times provided by the delivery company can extend from 1 month to 2 months. Until the shipping company notifies us in writing of the confirmation of lost goods, we are unable to issue refunds or resend the goods.
