10KG USA Branded Workwear Mix - Grade A

Products are available in sizes XS–XXL. Size distribution is not guaranteed and will be randomised, with some boxes containing higher quantities of certain sizes.

All items are individually graded. As vintage garments are typically 20–30 years old, signs of wear should be expected.

Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold as Grade A. However, in line with industry standards, customers should expect up to 10% Grade B items within any order.

Grade A

Very good to excellent vintage condition. May include minor, age-related wear such as: washable stains, light fading, light print cracking, minor fraying, missing labels, missing hoodie drawstrings, removable hoods missing from jackets, small permanent marks, or pin-sized holes.

Grade B

Noticeable wear or defects but still wearable and suitable for resale.

Grade C

Heavy wear and/or multiple defects. May require repair or be suitable for upcycling.

Grade D

Heavily damaged. Suitable for rags, reconstruction, or recycling only.

We allow a 0–10% grading tolerance for minor discrepancies due to the subjective nature of vintage grading.

Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary by location. While we strive to meet all estimated dates, Sevefripe is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or extreme weather.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International Orders: For customers outside of EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
• Responsibility: All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sevefripe has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
• Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping charges, any brokerage/customs/duty fees, and the cost of returning the package to Sevefripe will be deducted from your refund.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
